At home in the old match factory

We are based in a former match factory in Hitdorf – together with the matchboxtheater. Around 250 square metres for the daycare, around 60 for the after-school care.

Our rooms

The old factory gives us space that a new building rarely has.

Daycare · approx. 250 m²

Lots of space in the old factory

High ceilings, a church nave as a group room, a reading island, a studio, a workshop with a media room and, right in the middle, the big pirate fortress for building, hiding and role play.

After-school · approx. 60 m²

A space of their own

The school children have their own area with a homework room, reading corner, quiet corner and table football.

2012 and 2013

Converted for the little ones

The rooms were converted with public funds to care for children under three.
